Welcome to the 13 guards rifle division comrade!
This is the home of the 13th Guards Rifle Division, a UK based WW2 living history group. We are part of the Za-Oberonya "For Defence" organisation. In this site you'll find everything you need to start you on your path to becoming a fully fledged member and we welcome both male and female re-enactors into the 13th Guards, the defenders of Stalingrad, heroes of Poltava, liberators of the Ukraine, Sofia and Prague and the destroyers of the Austrian vipers nest!
Our aim is to re-create the lives of the men and women who fought with General Rodimtsev from the ruins of Stalingrad and into Austria and the 3rd Reich itself. It is with great pride that we carry forward the name of the 13th and we honour the heroic sacrifices made by the RKKA in the defence of the Soviet motherland.

13th Guards are part of the Za-Oberonya organisation that is made up of both the Bulgarian 1st Army and the 13th Guards of the 3rd Ukrainian front in the GPW and the Warsaw Pact forces Group covering post war activities. Our sister organisation of WPFG can be found in the links page.
